The space is enough. The washer and dryer are the most convenient to have! We can safely walk around with our small children. Grateful to live here.

Overall I really enjoy living here. My neighbors are fantastic and staff are really friendly and responsive. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because it feels like things are not maintained super well. Paint jobs are not good and generally things feel a little run down.

Overall, living here has been a great experience so far. The townhomes are renovated inside and it’s a friendly community. I am ready for the construction to end though. And the amenities could be nicer or residents should be allowed to access amenities at the sister property.

Overall good experience! No major complaints! Just landscape curb appeal is horrible and they invest more in the new construction more than maintenance of the current older structure that still needs curb appeal. Landscapers doesn’t even cut the grass in between and behind the buildings. Try e grass is tall and I got bitten back there by bugs that I couldn’t see. They only cut the front of the buildings you can see and it took them FOREVER to cut and trim the trees and bushes. Curb appeal needs to be better addressed and cared for! Sad to see it. Management and ownership need to do better! Property manager kept saying hudget has to be approved but why was landscaping not budgeted for tree trimming and cutting the grass cleaner, pine straw and flowers! Is there not corporate visits done on their communities? It’s sad they invest in newer communities more!

We are so happy to have found a community that is so close to many attractions of Charlotte - close restaurants, shopping, parks, essential stores, you name it! This location is in a beautiful part of town and you can’t beat the price of rent. This is my first time having a community pool, and it could not be better! The staff is so friendly and it feels extremely safe and secluded. 10/10 recommend living here!

Pinehurst on Providence is a quite safe community with lots near by. There are a host of dinning options near by and also a grocery store and gas station. Its minutes from South Park Mall, The Arboretum, and Uptown. You can't beat the location or the amenities. They provide weekly workout classes at their sister property located next door and there is a 24 hour gym. The pool is the largest I have seen in Charlotte.

I lost my job back in January and I’ve been having a tough time with paying my rent both Hailey and Rebecca have been very understanding and willing to assist with providing resources to be able to help me get back on track. They are about open communication and making things as less stress on you as possible which is why I am still giving 5 stars because in this tough time they have been very supportive.

The townhouse it’s self is great a little outdated but has everything you need and plenty of space. The past 2 years I have lived here the pool has been open and working maybe a total of 1 month. The gym does not have that much equipment but they do offer gym classes at the apartment complex next door. The construction has also been going to last 2 years which the roads have only got worse which makes driving in and out so miserable. The trash dumpsters are always over flowing and could be taken care of more often. The maintenance guys are amazing and the house is great. The rent has gone up a great deal in the past 2 years from when we moved in which yes it is still very affordable but it would be nice if amenities worked and things were cleaned up and maybe updated. I felt as though the renewal price for this place was not worth a 3rd year being that the roads and construction are only getting worse.

Pinehurst on Providence is a great community to live. It's quiet and the neighbors and staff are quite nice. There are lots of community activities like weekly workouts, and celebrations in the office. There is a wonderful recreation center with a soccer field, volleyball court and playground for the kids.

I am so happy to be here at Pinehurst. The only thing I get disappointed about is the frequent pool closure without some sort of compensation to the residents. Maintenance is great and timely on anything requested. Office staff are great, too. The grounds could use a bit more tlc but doesn't really bother me. Neighbors are all normal and friendly people. Great place for kids!

I applied back in March when I came to view the townhomes and fell in love. The process was so smooth and everyone in the office is so nice. I never been to a community where everyone is friendly and it’s genuine you can tell they love what they do. The pool is what also sold me I am a swimmer and you don’t run across a lot of pools with deep ends. The pool is huge. The neighbors are friendly. It’s quiet. I love that I chose this community.

Lots of residents with pets. Are there pet stations for them to dispose of their pet’s waste? I keep walking outside and seeing large amount of poop right in front of my front door… In the grass area. If there is not pet stations, I would highly suggest them asap! Please and thanks!

Street is CONSTANTLY filled with CHILDREN playing in the street. There is a perfectly applicable green space and playground in view but parents continue to gather in the streets and allow children to roam, skate, bike, and scooter at will.

Our short time here was nice. The amount of involvement from the office was great. Loved all the extra activities! I just feel it’s a bit pricy for the issues we had, windows not being able to be opened, broken disposal after being fixed, doors painted so much you can’t close them, closet doors always falling off. Just needs a bit more thorough maintenance.

Maintenance is quick to get out when there is an issue. The font desk team is really nice. The area is close to everything and my son loves having his own space.

Great place to live. Great location and many amenities (soccer field, gym, pool volleyball, etc.). While the buildings or somewhat old, the interior of the homes are fairly upgraded with new appliances and hardwood floors. The location is great because it is right by the Fresh Market and a variety of restaurants.

Great so far, no complaints. Since I moved in I am living townhome...just have to do a little downsizing. Have a few maintenance things so hopefully they have a good turn around on maintenance

Management is very nice and very responsive to emails. Maintence is quick and the guys are very sweet when they stop by to fic things. Trash pickup Sunday-Thursday is very convienent. Overall, great apartment complex fo choose!

This is my 4th year residing in Pinehurst. It has become my home away from home now. The community is very nice and well maintained. The maintenance staff and office staff are very helpful warm and professional. The easy access to public transportation makes commuting very easy.

I have lived here at Pinehurst on Providence for 4 1/2 years and the and the staff has been exemplary (outstanding) in their support of my stay and the community as a whole. I would definitely recommend Pinehurst on Providence everyone looking for an apartment.

I was very happy being part of it but now I see less cleanliness ... Swing area for kids is dirty always. Grass cutting is not frequent Any one moves to gym from outside

This is the one community which is perfect location distance from downtown, good ranking school, shops etc. I like the way these townhouse build and maintained. The management comes with new way to celebrate things which is commendable. The only thing is now there is structural work going on which makes me sad to have less area to play for kids.

There is a great sense of community here. I especially love the shared common spaces! My dog loves the dog park! Some of the unit features are a bit outdated and built without consideration to convenience, but the cost for the amount of space and the neighborhood are well worth it.

It’s good here. A bit old houses needs some repairs or maintenance work. Overall good -maintenance guys who turn around quickly and help. rent is reasonable. Trash facility is good

This is a great place to live - I love my townhome and I love the area! Maintenance is so friendly, as are the other staff. It’s nice having the pool during the summer time, and I love the food trucks that come to the neighborhood - very convenient!

I like the way this community works. The staff is very friendly. We have a very positive community vibes . During this pandemic the community management has come up with very creative ways to help the people and give some sort of relief. Its very kid friendly community where kids enjoy with their friends freely and there is lots of space to play in nature.

From the beginning, our experience here at Pinehurst has been terrific! The front office has been very nice and responsive if we had any questions or issues. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The community is well maintained and very clean. We hate to leave here, but are very happy we have been able to be residents, if even for a very short time. :)

Pinehurst on Providence has been my home way back when it was Camden Pinehurst, 2011. I love this community, the surroundings, and the staff. I have a lot of history here and look forward to all the memories that will be created.

I’ve been living in Pinehurst since the last 1.5 years and the experience has been very pleasant. The staff is very helpful and we’ve have great response in times of emergency even during the coronavirus outbreak. The Strawberry hills shopping complex is at walking distance and this place is in close proximity to bus stops, FoxCroft and Cotswood shopping complex. However, the best part of living here is the vibrant community, and staff that makes sure we stay engaged with each other (using in person and virtual events). I’d highly recommend this place.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I have been living with this apartment community for 10 years and have enjoyed my experience overall. I love the family-oriented feel of this neighborhood. I enjoy taking walks and feel safe while doing so. I love how close we are located to many stores, restaurants, gyms, and medical facilities. I enjoy the pool and volleyball court. Maintenance is fast and effective and the staff seem to care about your living experience.

Overall enjoyable. Pool is great and neighborhood is very quiet. Hvac could use upgrade, the fan is extremely loud. Dumpster situation is not the best.

I have been in this society for more than 5 months till now I haven't faced any issue. Management staff is very helpful. In this time when people are not able to go anywhere our society is making new ways to find entertainment like calling the food trucks, Netflix nights and so on... There is very good peaceful area. Neighbors are very good . In general days you can find kids playing all around.Location is good.
